Rubicon Affiliate/Agent Program

Introduction

Welcome and thank you for your interest in Rubicon's Voice over Broadband Affiliate/Agent Program. Rubicon's equipment and services provide an all in one solution for telecom and IP professionals, including PBX manufacturers and installers seeking to augment their line of products with the added benefit of monthly residual income. We provide you with a turnkey solution which includes equipment, retail plans and wholesale pricing to enter the rapidly growing Internet based phone industry without expensive capital expenditures into equipment and network. We have an existing network with switching facilities in place to expedite your time to market.

How it Works

You just have to fill out our Agent Sign up form then you should submit the form to us for approval. Once you receive email notifying of acceptance, you will become one of our Authorize Agent for all retail services available in our www.rubiconipnet.com website.

As one of our Authorized Agent, you will be entitled to receive $15 referral commission after your referred customer(s) purchase and use one of our retail service such as our unlimited monthly plans, any other retail plans available for more than 90 days. There is no cap on earnings or the number of members you enroll. On the top of that we also will give up to 5% recurring commission of the total purchase on any of our retail plans and any additional call credits for every billing cycle.

In addition, we offer our Authorized Agent additional $15 Bonus for making more than 10 sales in the same month

Terms on becoming our agent:

  1. You must be an active Rubicon service customer in good standing before becoming our authorized agent or you may be one of VoIP devices or PBXs resellers who is willing to add our services into the devices.
  2. You must adhere strictly to our Terms of Service (TOS) Agreement and Anti-Spamming Policies.
  3. The $15 referral commission and 5% recurring checks will be forwarded to you once your credit amount reaches $100, referral checks are forwarded after 90 days of your end user's third month service with us, providing your own Rubicon account is active and in good standing and the $15 bonus checks will be delivered to you once we receive the payment from the 10 sales you make in the same month.
  4. Agents cannot earn credit for signing up themselves.


Important Notes :

  • Rubicon does not support spamming and any complaints received due to misuse of this program may result in the Forfeit of any credits accrued by you.
  • Rubicon will issue a check to an agent only after a minimum of $100 is due. In other words, an agent must make enough referrals to earn at least $100 before a check will be sent. If the minimum is not met in time for the current monthly payment cycle, the agent will not be sent a check until the next monthly billing cycle in which the $100 minimum has been reached.
  • By referring individuals you agree to the following conditions: 91 days after the person you referred subscribes to Rubicon and remains an active customer in good standing, you will be eligible for a payment.
  • Cancellations by the person referred that occur earlier than 91 days will result in loss of any associated credits to both parties. Agent offers apply to new customers only and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.


Telephone Adaptors

Our telephone adaptors are deployed at thousands of sites throughout the world and are well tested. We currently offer several type telephone adaptors through our website, you can check it at www.rubiconpbx.com/voip_adapters/index.php . They can be easily connected to a simple network environment such as a home office with broadband as well as onto PBX systems.

 

OPERATING PROCEDURES

Adaptor Inventory

There is no need to worry about maintaining an inventory. Once the proper paperwork is received and payment methods are set up for end users, we will ship the equipments directly from our warehouse.


Sales and Account Activation

We will provide you with Account Activation form template. To activate an account, you will be responsible to forward the Account Activation form with customer information to Rubicon via email to sales@rubiconipnet.com or by fax to +1.212.797.9797. Upon activation of the specified adaptors, the form will be returned with account numbers. Customer will then be able to view usage on Rubicon's website.


Statements and Collections

Agents need not create invoices and are not responsible for collections. Invoicing and Collections are handled by Rubicon and agents are forwarded checks 90 days after the end user had continuos usage.


Technical/Installation Support

Technical Support is available 24x7 from Mondays through Saturdays.
